All artwork, images, designs, digital files, and text displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist and are protected by copyright laws.
Ownership of Artwork: The purchase of an original painting, limited edition print, or open-edition print grants the buyer physical ownership of the item only.
Rights Retained: The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to all created artwork. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the artist.
3. Accuracy of Product Depictions & Colors
We make every effort to display the colors and details of our artwork as accurately as possible. However, because display settings vary across monitors, smartphones, and devices, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical piece.
4. Orders, Pricing & Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, print run, or service at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, delay in shipping, or improper handling/hanging of artwork after delivery.
